Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Scale X platform (the "Service") by any host (the "User"). Signing up implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the Service

The Service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance windows. Scale X targets 99.5% availability over the calendar year.

3. Subscription and billing

Current prices are shown on the pricing page. The Free plan is free with no time limit. Paid plans are monthly, with no commitment, and can be stopped at any time from the dashboard.

Payments are processed in Moroccan dirhams by YouCan Pay. No card details are stored on Scale X servers. No refund is due for a month already started.

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Obtain your guests' consent for the processing of their data.
• Meet your reporting obligations towards the Moroccan authorities.

5. Liability

Scale X is a management tool. Legal responsibility for compliance (DGSN reporting, valid contracts, taxation) remains entirely with the host.

Scale X cannot be held liable for indirect damage (lost booking, reputational loss) arising from use or unavailability of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The software, source code, design and Scale X brand are the exclusive property of Scale X SARL.

7. Data

The host remains the owner of their data and can export it at any time. The privacy policy sets out how data is processed.

8. Termination

The user may stop at any time. Scale X may terminate in case of serious breach (fraud, abuse) with 7 days' notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
