Scale X started from a simple observation: in Morocco, running a short-term rental legally and efficiently is an obstacle course. Between the police form required by the DGSN, the seasonal rental contracts required by law, guest identification and coordinating late arrivals, a host spends an average of 45 minutes per reservation on repetitive admin.
Our mission

The host interface is available in French, English and Arabic. Generated contracts can be bilingual (French/Arabic) to satisfy administrative requirements, and guests receive their check-in link in the language they prefer.
